I have an elephant's head on the side of one of my kitchen cabinets. I think that it is supposed to be a dish towel holder, but it is not just a little hook-it is a large elephant's head that takes up the width of the cabinet. It is brown, so it blends in with the cabinet, but we really should have asked the question when we first looked at the house, "Does this come with the house?" To take it down now would leave us with a ruined cabinet.

I noticed the house as it showed up for several of my buyers on auto-prospecting. There was one photo, and it made the house look like an absolute shack. To look at that photo, one would expect to see junky old cars sitting around, and maybe an old droopy clothesline hanging in the front yard. It was listed at $85,000 though, and it was very interesting to me.

When I receive property calls, I am absolutely amazed by how afraid people are to talk with me. (If you met me, it would really amaze you because I am all of 5'2", and generally a very nice person!) They call wanting "just the facts," and may or may not want a showing on the property.
